• Students may cancel or reschedule a driving lesson with at least 24 hours' notice without penalty.
• Cancellations made with less than 24 hours' notice may result in the lesson fee being forfeited.
• Failure to attend a scheduled lesson without notice ("no-show") is non-refundable.
• Refunds for unused prepaid lessons may be requested at any time.
• Lessons already completed will be charged at the standard individual lesson rate and deducted from the refund amount.
• Any promotional discounts included in the package may be removed when calculating the refund.
• If the driving school or instructor cancels a lesson, students will be offered a rescheduled lesson or a full refund for the affected lesson.
• Gift vouchers are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash.
• Vouchers may be transferred to another student with prior approval from the driving school.
• Fees paid for driving test day services, vehicle hire, or instructor attendance are refundable only if cancelled at least 7 days before the scheduled test date.
• Short-notice cancellations may be subject to charges already incurred by the driving school.
• Approved refunds will be processed within 7–14 business days.
• Refunds will be issued using the original payment method whenever possible.
• The driving school reserves the right to consider refund requests outside this policy in cases of illness, emergencies, or other exceptional circumstances, at its sole discretion.
