These Terms and Conditions govern the provision of driving tuition services by FK Academy ("the Academy", "we", "our", or "us") to students ("the student", "you", or "your"). By booking lessons with FK Academy, you agree to these Terms and Conditions.

Students must:

• Meet the minimum legal age requirements for learning to drive.
• Hold a valid provisional driving licence and provide it upon request.
• Inform the Academy of any medical condition, disability, or legal restriction that may affect their ability to drive.
• Lessons are subject to instructor availability.
• Bookings are confirmed once agreed by the student and instructor.
• The Academy reserves the right to refuse or cancel bookings where necessary.
• Lesson fees must be paid in advance or on the day of the lesson, as agreed.
• Block bookings must be paid in full before lessons commence unless otherwise agreed.
• Prices may be reviewed and amended periodically. Any changes will not affect lessons already paid for.

Student Cancellations

• A minimum of 48 hours' notice is required to cancel or rearrange a lesson.
• Lessons cancelled with less than 48 hours' notice may be charged at the full lesson rate.
• Failure to attend a scheduled lesson without notice will result in the full lesson fee being charged.

Instructor Cancellations

• If an instructor needs to cancel a lesson, an alternative appointment will be offered or a refund provided where applicable.
• Students should be ready at the agreed pick-up location and time.
• Lesson time lost due to student lateness may be deducted from the lesson duration.
• Instructors will make reasonable efforts to arrive on time but may occasionally be delayed due to traffic or unforeseen circumstances.
• Students are responsible for booking their practical and theory tests unless otherwise agreed.
• Use of the instructor's vehicle for a practical test is at the instructor's discretion.
• The instructor reserves the right to refuse the use of their vehicle if they believe the student is not test-ready or if safety concerns exist.

Students must:

• Follow all lawful instructions given by the instructor.
• Refrain from driving under the influence of alcohol, drugs, or any substance that impairs driving ability.
• Treat instructors and Academy property with respect.

The Academy reserves the right to terminate a lesson immediately if a student's behaviour compromises safety.

Students must:

• Meet the legal eyesight requirements for driving.
• Inform the Academy of any medical condition, medication, or change in health that could affect driving ability.
• Lessons will normally be conducted in an Academy vehicle unless otherwise agreed.
• Students may be liable for damage caused through deliberate misuse or negligent behaviour.
• Refunds for unused prepaid lessons may be granted at the Academy's discretion.
• No refunds will be provided for lessons already completed.
• Any promotional offers or discounted packages may be subject to separate refund conditions.
• The Academy maintains appropriate insurance for driving tuition.
• The Academy will not be liable for losses arising from events beyond its reasonable control.
• Nothing in these Terms excludes liability where exclusion is prohibited by law.
• Personal information will be collected and processed solely for the purpose of providing driving tuition and related services.
• Information will be handled in accordance with applicable data protection laws.

Any complaints should be submitted in writing to FK Academy. We will aim to investigate and respond within a reasonable timeframe.

FK Academy reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. Updated versions will be made available to students.

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the United Kingdom.
